Jacynth is an inspiring, motivational leader and coach who uses her wealth of knowledge and experience to unlock potential and support the growth and development of individuals and groups she works with.

I attended the Breakfast Event in November 2022 and had no hesitation in registering for the Mastermind Programme; both of which I would highly recommend to anyone seeking to embark on a journey of leadership, personal growth and self-discovery.

Jacynth’s MasterMind Group’s provision of 1:1 coaching, specialist training sessions on chosen themes, and the space to air visions, anxieties and words of wisdom and encouragement, gives me the confidence I need to take the plunge, as I’m supported and reminded that I do have what it takes to be my very best!

Joining was so clearly my next logical step, and I’m loving the journey. Thank you!

I attended Jacynth’s ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ event in June 2022 and it was truly inspirational. All 3 speakers gave me food for thought in relation to self-confidence and how to become an astute businesswoman; understanding the importance of how I value myself, my time and my work. I was also able to make meaningful connections with women excelling in their given fields. Given the welcoming and safe environment created by Jacynth, we felt safe to share our successes as well as our downfalls which gave me the boost I needed to continue with my musical career.

I was even given the opportunity to share my musical talent which opened conversations about paid jobs for the future for businesses I would never have dreamed of singing for.

I would definitely recommend this event to anyone no matter what stage in your career you are at. You’ll become a part of a community of women who truly want to see others succeed.

Attended an event organised by Jacynth Ivey – breakfast at Tiffany’s networking. The event had a very relaxed atmosphere with like-minded people. The special guests were experts in their field so we were able to add value to all who attended.

Those who attended were from lots of different backgrounds and businesses. It was a joyful event with lots of positive networking and relationship-building. It was an opportunity to recognise others’ journeys, support those in need and celebrate the uniqueness of us all.

Was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it and will definitely be going to the next planned event.

‘I recently designed and organised an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Event, and approached Jacynth for support. I provided some background and context. Other than that, my brief was simple, can you deliver a session on race awareness/race equality? Jacynth agreed and boy did she deliver! Jacynth took us on a journey, using her excellent storytelling skills to share a message that was powerful, thought-provoking and impactful in equal measure. Jacynth truly is an inspirational speaker who delivers with care and compassion and inspires hope.

Thank you, Jacynth’

I wanted a coach who could understand the challenges a woman of colour would face in career progression in the NHS, who could help me to be proud of who I am, tone down the imposter syndrome and to break through those glass ceilings stepping into my power.

I have often heard people say “you need a coach who is walking beside you”, Jacynth is my coach walking my journey. She has given me the tools and skills to make myself heard and known. She has helped me to stay focused and grounded even when it feels like I am being tested.

If you are looking for a coach to help you be the best version of yourself and a truly authentic leader, then I highly recommend Jacynth.

Coaching with Jacynth helped me develop as a leader and showed me how to prepare for and deliver more difficult conversations. I found the sessions really helpful in thinking through strategic planning. I also really liked the way Jacynth always kept my wellbeing and work life balance at the forefront of coaching conversations, making sure I remembered that I couldn’t take care of others if I didn’t look after myself.
